Friday 30 December 2016

Why sorrow cannot have place in the light of intelligence? Because it makes no sense at all. It doesn't give one anything. On the contrary, chain thinking saps energy and makes one unable to act sanely. Analysis is paralysis.

Wednesday 28 December 2016

Tomorrow is the root of fear.
Our main responsibility is to rest in peace of Unitary Perception. We must learn which things do not lead this way.
If you think you are inside the body, you are deceiving yourself. The I is an illusion of thought. What makes more sense than UP? Working to be able to afford a house behind green trees when you can die in 5 years, in a month, tomorrow, today? Now is there no time. No preferences.

Tuesday 27 December 2016

The less me, my preferences, the less problem.

Sunday 4 December 2016

I think everybody should get rich and famous and do everything they ever dreamed of so they can see that it’s not the answer.
Jim Carrey, actor

Wednesday 30 November 2016

Brooding over the future
And repenting the past,
The unwise wither like green reed
Cut down and left in the sun.
'I have had many problems,

most of them never happened',

an old writer said.

Advantages of using a learned language instead of the 'mother tongue' learned at a young age.

The first language we learn as children is more automatic and one is not usually as cautious in its usage as with a different language which was learned. The latter can be used more structurally, like programming, therefore it has to be used with caution and care. It has its advantages even if it may not be as correct grammatically or stylistically.

Monday 21 November 2016

Work your socks off, sleep little, burn the candle at both ends, struggle and steal a lot, have a fat bank account, buy a beautiful mansion, build an empire.. and die.

Does it make sense?

Sunday 20 November 2016

X: Why do you say people don't care about their children really when they feel they are British or Italian? They do care, you know how much effort does it take to feed a child, earn money to pay for the school, etc.? They work their asses off to make ends meet. They don't have time for playing around..
Y: Wait a moment.. But they feel elation when the national hymn is being played! They feel pride when the tanks are on parade. Is that sane?
They entertain themselves with that organized circus falsely called 'religion'. They have numerous unfounded beliefs. Is that intelligent?
They have conflict in their daily life, the wife and husband quarrel daily, each having their own opinions and desires. Is that normal?

Wednesday 16 November 2016

Depression is based on non-functional thinking. Therefore the only cure from depression is to be free from non-functional thinking. It does not mean trying to stop it.

It means perceiving all sound in the brain, at the same time with perceiving light (the whole visual field perceived in the brain) and gravity, also at the same time, right now. And if thoughts happen, perceiving them as well as sounds. It is possible, without effort.

It is instantaneous freedom.

There is no other true cure from depression, only Unitary Perception.
The ways of the world, beauty of the body, money, position, have power over me only if I care about them, if I compare.

Tuesday 15 November 2016

Why you don't like exercises? Because they are exercises.. based on effort and control. You're thinking about making 13 of them or 4 series of 15.. instead of just making this one. Just making this one step. Fully, in quality.

Why you don't want to get out of bed and say you are 'depressed'? Because you're thinking about having to do this or that or not having to do that, a whole day of errands, meeting with the boss, arranging a bank loan.. while all you have to do is put ONE LEG OUT of the bed, Just this one step.

Always only this one step. And with the best quality. That is enough.

Monday 14 November 2016

Someone is telling me there was a discussion on TV about the difference between patriotism and nationalism.

What blocks seeing there is no difference?

Do you want to help keep children safe? See this. Me, my family, my football club, my city, my religion, my company, my country, my opinion, my war..

Sunday 13 November 2016

Great sayings:

What sees is all there is.

- What's the most important thing in life?
- To be nothing.

What happens when nothing happens?

Happiness lies in the extreme of detachment.

The fact is there is no self, no time, only thought.

Eradication of self pity.

Without a perceiver in perception. Complete silence and complete peace of the brain.

Attempt without effort to live with death in futureless silence.

Do we control thought or does thought make us crazy?

Happiness for something is not true happiness.

Tomorrow is the root of fear.

Always say 'yes' to the present moment. What could be more insane than create inner resistance to what already is?

What do you do with your energy?

If you believe you are inside the body, you are deceiving yourself.

Friday 11 November 2016

Tereska, a concentration camp survivor who lived in a house for emotionally disturbed children, drew scribbles resembling twisted wires when asked to draw 'home'.

What difference does it make if she was a 'Jew' or a 'Pole'?
If you want to help the world, start with helping yourself.

Completely and intelligently: jump to Unitary Perception.

There is no time, only space.

Tuesday 8 November 2016

Complete silence and complete peace of the mind.

Let's not waste the only chance in the world in which everything is on fire.

Monday 7 November 2016

Unitary Perception is an all-encompassing perception without direction.

It is an interface to immense energy.

On gets, without effort, attuned to undivided energy.

The numerous super-products of thought, like those which are called time, perceiver, fear, sorrow, desire are transcended.
- How should one live?
- As though one were living for this single hour.
- How?
- If you only had this hour to live, what would you do?

Sunday 6 November 2016

The only sane intelligent way is complete aloneness, independence, pure silence free from comparison.

The only way is the end of time with its turmoil.

Saturday 29 October 2016

I don't know if you read Bukowski. Some of it is funny. In Ham on Rye he tells how he found that alcohol would help him go through life. Well.. alcohol is not it. Nor is it drugs, sex, fame, position, power, money. No object can mend the crack of the illusion of the thinker made up in the fragmentary perception by thought. None of it can take away the restlessness. Only when the illusion of the thinker disappears in Unitary Perception is the poisoned arrow removed.
Now it's Halloween. I leave the dead to care about their dead.

Friday 28 October 2016

When you see a beautiful woman crossing the street, in awe do not forget about listening to the orchestra of all sound in the brain, the traffic, the birds, the airplane passing above and thoughts if they happen. And perceiving the light, the colours, the trees, the houses at the same time.
Do not falter in Unitary Perception. There is no other place without a trace of the trickery of self-pity, only completely at the beginning.

Tuesday 25 October 2016

Each half of the brain has what we call the limbic system. The limbic system is our ability to place emotions on information coming in through our sensory system.
If there is no non-functional thought, on-going chatter, telling things that make one scared, angry or sad, the emotional system does not get activated. Fear, anger, sadness disappear.

Learning about the mechanisms of the brain helps to understand the importance of it's important but forgotten function: Unitary Perception, the only door to freedom from perturbation.

Sunday 10 July 2016

What is the most important thing in life?

- To be nothing.

Thursday 30 June 2016

If one is concerned about his life's work, it means that he's concerned about the result, right?

But all we can do is to do one's best. Part of doing one's best is leaving the results to themselves, letting them go, not being concerned about them.

Sometimes it means a difficult decision, going against one's preferences (drinking a bitter tasting tea, folding a good hand in poker, moving to another place at high cost and high risk when we are oppressed), sometimes a compromise. There is more possibilities in life than the one we are attached to.

Saturday 25 June 2016

You once had a dream. You were entering an area of block of flats in some city. It was a new experience because You've never been there. So it felt like wonder, the new is amazing, it means amazement. The area wasn't particularly beautiful but it was mysterious cause you didn't know what was next. You kept walking slowly and at the crossroads, at the ground floor of one of the buildings you found a jewellery shop on the left. There were a couple of other shops too, then more blocks, trees, grass..
If one is not VERY VERY attentive, buying a home somewhere for oneself and staying there with and idea it is 'mine', in one place, can be like crystallizing and losing that wonder, that observation full of mystery: what's next, who are these people living here, what are they like, what colors, sounds and smells will you encounter round the corner?
Was that maybe what Jesus meant when he said: Foxes have holes.. but the son of man does not have a place to lay his head?

Thursday 2 June 2016

Let's say I did something horrible 10 years ago, a year ago or yesterday, for example I ran over a child (the world is a crowded place and unfortunately mistakes happen technically).

It hunts me everyday. But the good news is the guilt has absolutely no sense (other than prevent such mistakes to happen again and be even more observant) because the fact is it was not 'me' who did it! I have nothing in common with 'Arek' from a year ago. In another words, there may be the memory but there is no 'me'.

It is not just a word trick to cheer someone up. It is a fact. There is nothing passing from moment to moment aside of the memory. We are completely new. We have the memory but it is not 'we' who are in it. It is a paradox.

It is very easy to get entangled in sorrow if one lives in thought (fragmentary perception) but the fact is there is nothing going from yesterday to today aside memory. And it doesn't have to be so. If memory does not pass, there is nothing that passes.

I suspect it is what is behind the 'repent and be forgiven' procedure in the church which is a misunderstanding and misinterpretation and mistranslation of Jesus' Metanoia.

Tuesday 17 May 2016

I do not know how dogs do exactly but I suspect it is better to be a dog than a human being without unitary perception. For example, can we do nothing at all and not suffer ('What I will do in the evening', 'What I will do tomorrow') because we are not doing anything so called 'practical', to become somebody, to 'secure the future'? Dogs do not do such things, they do not even 'earn a living' and they do not have a problem with it. They are carefree. So who does better?

Saturday 14 May 2016

The I is not right here. Right here there is no I because the I is thought and thought does not fit in this moment right here. And when we are consciously right here it is freedom because the I is a problem, the source of suffering, desire, sorrow, fear, all kinds of imaginary torment.
The path to right here is not a path at all. How far do we have to go to be here? Is there a special posture or time to be here? It is all what is happening right here. True (not imaginary) life. And it is watching.
An old man in a dinery, hunchback, walking slowly. What did he do alone in his room? Did he escape by reading a newspaper? Did he switch TV on as soon as he took his clothes off? Sit in a sofa and fell asleep?

Friday 13 May 2016

The body is very fragile. One can physically die any moment. There are people dying in sleep of heart infarction. The heart is just a small muscle, one of many small or bigger factors on which our life hangs on a thin thread. Yet plans, often self-contradictory, do not stop demanding our attention and worries going through the head. The whole tape loops of inner chatter, memories with their associated feelings continue, unaware that they are only pictures drawn on sand, washed by the tide of life. Thought makes up time.
Unitary Percepion opens the door to silence in which all the tormenting, draining non-functional thinking is not.
There is a lot of people advocating the practice of concentration under many names, implying or stating that it is leading to freedom. It is a big mistake. In concentration there is always that what is controlled and the controller, that what is and that what should be, so it is an effort.

Unitary Perception is perception not directed towards any object, intense perception without effort, not focused on anything. Unitary Perception, however, can encompass concentration which then is not connected with struggle and effort.

Thursday 12 May 2016

The I which is afraid of its end, thinks it needs this or that, has to be respectable, is a superproduct of thought! Life begins when the illusion vanishes in Unitary Perception.

It had rained. The trees were dancing in the wind.
It is not that 'I listen'. The Universe listens. Listening happens all by itself. It does not need effort, only certain discipline which occurs naturally with understanding the workings of fragmentary perception.

Monday 9 May 2016

Do we always think forward: tomorrow, next week, next year..?

And there comes a day when one sees, till the bone, in his life, that no pleasure, realization of this or that plan does not, will not bring happiness. Even a big love affair, as if from the postcard from the seaside, possessing another human being which is maybe the biggest pleasure, is just an illusion if thereby one wants to plug the big black hole of lack in himself. In fragmentary perception.

The words hunt us: sorrow, fear, loneliness, we think in words and we try to escape when they torture us. We never stop and examine what they mean deeper, what are those things which we call sorrow or loneliness in reality? What are they beneath the surface of the words?

Saturday 7 May 2016

I have neurosis, you have neurosis, she has neurosis. We are all patients of a nut house. We have all inherited the brain of the same qualities. Fragmentary perception is characterized by anger, sorrow, confusion, contradiction, fear.. Then why do you not look at the guy in rage as just a fellow patient of the sanatorium? It is quite senseless to meet anger with anger. Meet anger, fear, sorrow with understanding. The man has just not learned about the importance of Unitary Perception. No wonder, it is not taught at school, it is not discussed on TV, it is not written about at the university. It is the most important fact of the human brain and the least known.
There is no tomorrow, that is a fact. Why spend the only moment there is in sorrow, fear, greed and loneliness of fragmentary perception? What is the sense in living in sorrow, fear, loneliness?
I is nothing. In fact there is no I. There is no tomorrow. Both are super-products of thought. Without thought there is no thinker and no time.
In fact it is not possible to escape that what is. Therefore the only option is to Be it.

Thursday 5 May 2016

We think: 'if this or that happened, I would be happy'.. Yeah, right.. Did it ever happen? Satisfaction of something is not true satisfaction.
Being in fragmentary perception is sometimes ok and often not ok. Also it is quite fair to suspect it will be less and less ok. More or less comfortable hell in fact.

Tuesday 3 May 2016

Poverty, overpopulation, immigration, economical crisis, war, the problems are pressing, multiplying and growing. They cannot be solved without Unitary Perception. First we must live in Unitary Perception.
A procession of young children singing a pop praise song about Virgin Mary being the queen of heaven just passed the street under my window. They are building one more church on the hill near the city. The power of illusion is growing by the minute. No one is even surprised. And it's not even that these 'fans' here are cutting peoples' throats like at some other places. Should one be happy?

Monday 2 May 2016

What can thoughts do?  The 'I will die, I am lonely, I feel sorrow, I feel fear, I should not be afraid, I should not be greedy, I should be admired', I, I, I'..

What can thoughts do to us really? Even the 'I will die, I have to die. I will end', which is hard to bear for thought. What if there is no reaction of escape and just passive observation of all thought together with all that is perceivable?

Can thoughts do anything if we do not react and only passively observe them in silence? The content is not important, what is important is to learn about the structure of thought, the way it operates, not this or that particular non-functional thought but the characteristics of all non-functional thought. Its limits, its contradictions, its pettiness, its mistakes, illusions and lies.
For a lot of people living means doing something in life.

Here we talk about BEING life.

It can encompass doing something.

Sunday 1 May 2016

I was sitting on a balcony and discovered it was not me listening. Everything was listening. It is not us seeing. In fact what sees is all there is.

Are you interested in miracles? You don't have to look too far. Take water, for example. Yes, water. H2O. Or the sun. Or a little leaf. And that you can be it all.

Saturday 30 April 2016

We think we are individuals, which strangely (in-dividual) in common language means that we are different from everyone else. That is what we think but in fact we have all inherited brains of the same traits and characteristics. Sorrow does not taste different in Alaska than in New York or London. Nor does Fear or anger. We all have an inherited tendency to live in fragmentary perception, which pulls us like a huge magnet. However we can observe thoughts at the same time with any thoughts in the brain. We don't have to escape or react to sorrow or fear. Unitary Perception is the freedom. Knowing this means very little. We have to try it. Here and now. It is always here and now.

There is a little sanctuary not far from where I live for a girl who died in a car accident with her boyfriend a few years ago. When I am passing it I ask myself how they would live if they were given one more chance. What would be the best choice? Or is there a choice really?
What would you do if you had one day to live, one hour?
Well.. in fact this is a lot closer to truth than having many years like most of us tend to think. Tomorrow does not exist.

Friday 29 April 2016

We don't teach children about the real war, the horror, the fear, the dirt, the destruction. Therefore war doesn't end. Our education is a phony thing. The modern psychology is not taught at school. Therefore psychologically we are living not very different from the middle ages.

Thursday 28 April 2016

Thought is the problem. If there is no thought, there is no problem. But what can we do when we are sitting in a dentist's chair and non-functional memories of a distant city come to the mind without any reason and sense? We are washing a tomato and catch ourselves thinking about this or that trifle. We are walking in a beautiful place by a forest and a lake with sparkling water in the sun, yet memories from a different path from some other place and time appear. Why do I start having thoughts about sex when I am completely alone in a room? And who am 'I', the centre of all this?

There is a whole function of the brain that is immensely extensive, which can envelop thought but which is far more important than thought: Unitary Perception. When one perceives in Unitary Perception, functional thought is given its factual place and non-functional thought ceases to be a problem.
Unitary Perception is the door to freedom from problems.

Wednesday 27 April 2016

What is the solution to all human psychological suffering? Completely silent mind. Unitary Perception is the door to the freedom.
Who is that 'I', the problem maker who is so possessive and fearful and who is suffering so much and will in the end die? It is a thought! It is a thought which in fragmentary perception 'thinks' it is the thinker, the one who thinks. But in fact there is no such an entity. The 'I' is a superproduct of thought, it is another thought. This fact is observable in Unitary Perception. And in Unitary Perception, where is the problem?
Resistance to violence strengthens violence. Then it burns everything down in a conflict which has no end other than in smoldering ruin and exhaustion.

Tuesday 26 April 2016

It is absolutely necessary to completely end all self-pity, the lingering choking smoke which doesn't allow for crystal clarity. Eradication of self-pity means its intense observation together with all sound, the visual field and gravitation (weight) at the same time, now, without effort or expectation. It is not a technique or a trick, it is a way of living. Freedom lies in the extreme of detachment.

Monday 25 April 2016

If we have any responsibility, it is first and foremost to be peaceful and happy in spite of anything that is going on in the society, not touching it. It is possible only in Unitary Perception.
Look at every problematic situation in this crazy society with thankfulness for a good lesson: what can I learn from it so that I can make good decisions and live intelligently, in peace and happiness?
We all want to reform the world but we must begin very near, with ourselves. First and

foremost we are responsible for our own freedom. The transformation of the world is

brought about by the transformation of the I.
The idea of the so called tomorrow is a funny one. We always think we have tomorrow to be happy, we think we have time to do what we should do. We don't find a cabin on the ocean and watch the
sun rise and set. We never stop.
But there is no tomorrow. Freedom is at the beginning, it is completely what is without that what should be. And what sees is all there is.

Sunday 24 April 2016

Like a gentle breeze.. what is there to lose?

Saturday 23 April 2016

Unitary Perception is what every one looks for (somewhere else), liberation from human condition.

What is here now?

Is the answer knowing about the freedom or being the freedom?

Wednesday 13 January 2016

For a moment there was no one on the street.

No car was passing by.

A light breeze was gently moving the trees.

It was getting dark and the lights looked splendid, red, yellow and white.

It was the street which led to a big hospital but now the squalor, struggle and haste were gone, no sound left of the midday rush.

And it was there.

The mystery which can never be caught for tomorrow.
