If while brushing your teeth in the morning you hope the evening will be great, it's probably an illusion.

Because in the evening you'll think about something else in the 'future'. With pleasure or fear, because they are two sides of the same coin.

Whatever is happening can only feel psychologically bad when thought makes a comparison and doesn't want this, desires something else.
But isn't it unintelligent to try to oppose what already happened?

Unitary Perception is the narrow door to get out of the vicious thought process is which most of people are trapped. It is the only door out.

During the World War I at one place the soldiers from the opposing trenches suspended the fight and met to celebrate the New Year's Eve.

The next day the programming told them it's necessary to continue the fighting and they resumed it.

That's a good example how the fragmentary perception of thought works.

One of the characteristics of C is prevalent incoherence, paradox and irrationality.

Life doesn't have to be suffering, unless we are in a concentration camp.

We are not in physical pain all the time. There is much more psychological suffering than physical.



Psychological suffering is non-functional thought (C). It also goes by the names: time, becoming, horizontal conflict, desire, fear.. Thought makes us crazy.

The only door to freedom from psychological suffering is Unitary Perception (B).
