"The observer is the observed" means that although in the true observation of Unitary Perception there may still be the META Process of thought, its superproduct, the illusion called "observer" or "thinker" is gone.

In the same way, the intense observation of UP is also free of the illusion of absolute time. In UP time is irrelevant. 

The absence of the illusions of duality into the "subject" and "object" and time in observation is a great relief from stress and any psychological perturbation.

 A COPY OF A COPY

An LLM (or so called "AI") will never write an essentially new book like an Animal Farm or 1984. It cannot because it's not how it works. It's a statistical probability algorithm so all it can do is to copy fragments of what Orwell and others already wrote, put the pieces together and multiply the copies of copies forever in its algo heaven.

 THE GREATEST DISCOVERY

The greatest possible discovery and revelation of our life is that it's possible to be in total contact with the changing reality, which can be called Unitary Perception (UP). In UP the brain reflects the totality of reality. That means freedom from the Horizontal conflict, the imaginary division between the observer (the subject) and the observed (the subject). The Horizontal conflict is the source of distortion in observation and along other superproducts of the META Process of thought like time and the self is the cause of a great deal of perturbation, stress and suffering.
UP is the only true stress relief.

The META Process of thought is time, sorrow and fear.

The Unitary Perception of reality is total observation without language, memory, time and the division into the observer and the observed (subject and object. Such a Unitary Perception is the only freedom from sorrow and fear.

A new analysis finds that global plastic production will increase by 52% in a business-as-usual scenario.

Despite clear evidence that plastic is clogging oceans and beaches and breaking down into microplastics that enter our bodies, humans are continuing to produce the material at accelerating rates.

The result: Global plastic pollution will hit 280 million metric tons per year by 2040, or a dump truck’s worth every second.

Perhaps the biggest transformative quality of Unitary Perception is that there may be the META Process of thought encompassed in UP but the imaginary superproducts of thought like time or the self and the false duality of subject (the observer) and object (the observed) are all absent. In other words, in a factual observation there may be thought but there is no thinker.
