People in the fragmentary perception think they can't stand when 'nothing happens' so they need constant entertainment and when it's not entertainment it's despair, drinking, sleeping, etc. Anything goes but 'nothing happens'.

For the brain in the fragmentary perception everything is a 'problem'.

It gets hypnotized and fixated on the little little parts and doesn't see the whole picture.

All preferences can rarely be satisfied so the glass is always half-empty rather than half-full and there is always dust on the furniture.

If there is no intelligence, no political system and nothing that people do can be free from exploitation, oppression, corruption or violence.

When living is not free of jumping at each other's throats, changing the systems can consist in mere giving a different name for something that is not fundamentally different.
