We keep hearing from politicians that EU must shift to a "wartime mindset”, Military spending must be increased at the expense of health care, social security and pensions. Sure, it's partly propaganda, but it seems these ppl really BELIEVE in what they're saying, which is tragic.

It's highly questionable if Russia has any interest to invade EU or if is even able to do it, unless it's a suicidal attack. NATO has an overwhelming superiority in military arsenal over Russia. Greater than 3:1 advantage in active-duty ground forces and naval vessels and 10:1 advantage in warplanes. So HOW MUCH MORE do you need?

People living in Russia are not evil "aliens" but simple people trying to make ends meet and no different to Europeans and Americans.
