If while brushing your teeth in the morning you hope the evening will be great, it's probably an illusion.

Because in the evening you'll think about something else in the 'future'. With pleasure or fear, because they are two sides of the same coin.

Whatever is happening can only feel psychologically bad when thought makes a comparison and doesn't want this, desires something else.
But isn't it unintelligent to try to oppose what already happened?

Unitary Perception is the narrow door to get out of the vicious thought process is which most of people are trapped. It is the only door out.

During the World War I at one place the soldiers from the opposing trenches suspended the fight and met to celebrate the New Year's Eve.

The next day the programming told them it's necessary to continue the fighting and they resumed it.

That's a good example how the fragmentary perception of thought works.

One of the characteristics of C is prevalent incoherence, paradox and irrationality.

Life doesn't have to be suffering, unless we are in a concentration camp.

We are not in physical pain all the time. There is much more psychological suffering than physical.

Psychological suffering is non-functional thought (C). It also goes by the names: time, becoming, horizontal conflict, desire, fear.. Thought makes us crazy.

The only door to freedom from psychological suffering is Unitary Perception (B).

'Can EVERYTHING really be perceived without effort' is a problem made up in the fragmentary perception.

In a unit, there is no distinction of 'everything' from 'some'. UP is not putting together 'this' and 'that' 'out there' until 'everything'. UP is perceived IN the brain immediately, there is no time or effort needed.

UP is perceiving everything perceivable, it's a factual perception (of what really is). And time is not perceivable. Time cannot be perceived per se, because it has no substance, it's a superproduct of thought.

'It's a rose' is not time yet. For the sense of time there must be something more complicated, some mechanism put together by thought very fast.

''The rose will rot like last year (like everything else)'' carries a sense of time. There is comparison/measurement in it.

However, in UP there is no ''unpacking" of the meaning carried by thoughts, just noticing them if they appear. So in UP there is no time.
X: I'll go to xxx to work.
Y: What for?
X: To make money.
Y: What for?
X: To build a beautiful house in a peaceful place with a gate made of two brick pillars.
Y: What for?
X: I'll sit in it in complete peace.
Y: Can't you do it here and now without all that ordeal?

Is life about finding a cozy nest? 'To coast through life', that sounds tragicomedic.

Amassing possessions, it's easy to see it's not it.

If what we're supposed to do is maximization of well-being, (well)-being is not in time.

And the answer is not in thought.
