Without Unitary Perception one gets caught in conflict, abusing intelligence, in hypnotic pursuit of fleeting pleasures which turn into dependencies and addictions. There is no sanity without UP.

All energy is constantly becoming mass and vice-versa all over the Universe. But in the fragmentary perception psychologically mass is interpreted as 'separate entities'. Thought distorts observation, inventing the horizontal conflict and absolute time.

The horizontal conflict is the belief that the observer is separate from everything observed 'within' (for example 'sadness') and from everything observed 'outside' (for example 'the moon').

Horizontal conflict is the foundation of anger, sorrow and fear. Only in Unitary Perception it is possible to understand the totality of the process, which is, at the same time universal and psychological.

Nothing has a separate existence, since everything is mass and energy.Also the human mind and body are the interphase of a continuum of matter-energy.

If we see the Universe in Unitary Perception time becomes irrelevant. The projection that goes by the name of the 'future' is now.

In the pure observation of Unitary Perception there is no comparison and the only thing that can be is what is.
