YOU ARE THAT.

"You are That" does not mean that the "you" (thought/ the thinker/ my self, I, me my "consciousness", the ego, the superego, etc :) that thinks it's somehow separate from everything "else", That - the Universe.. That's absurd!

It means that there IS only the unitary movement of the Universe, that it's a transformation of matter-energy, and it includes the brain and thought. Thought is also a little energy in the brain, that is not separate from the whole movement of the Universe. 

There is no "you" that is separate from the unitary undivided movement.

What sees is all there is, the Universe.
