MOST OR ALL HUMAN "ACTION" IS REALLY THE RE-ACTION, WHICH MEANS THE SELF/ THE HORIZONTAL CONFLICT.

You see.. MOST of human action (or ALL action that humans know!) has the SELF in it, no!? Effort, goal, motive, purpose, time, choice, direction, horizontal conflict.. These are all attributes of the self, no?

The self cannot do anything to be in UP.

Obviously, I, my self, cannot do anything to be in UP. I am the problem!

The blockage, misunderstanding.

The self can only dissolve when there is the understanding of its mechanism, the mechanism of the META process of thought.

UP is not something that the I/my self, the limited, imaginary, false movement does, quite obviously.

The Universal energy, unlimited, unitary, undivided movement, is that what IS all ready, it's the actual.

When the illusion of the self dissolves with understanding of the whole mechanism, there is the realization that the Universal movement, the universal energy is already there, working in the brain, right? It is all ready in the brain!

What is the OCD? Obsessive compulsive disorder? The SELF, no?

The self, the imaginary life, is alti-life, anti true life. So HOW CAN IT FUNCTION at the same time with UP? Can it?

All that also means that UP is not "conscious" as in 'I am conscious of "that"' 😊 subject - object = the self).

When there is consciousness/ duality/ division/ horizontal conflict, the self, me, there is no UP.

There is only One unitary universal movement. It can be called the Universe. And only THAT really ACTS. The other is re-action.

There can't be action and re-action functioning at the same time..

That is misunderstanding or wishful thinking. 

I cannot go and do the assignments at work in time on time, with measurement, effort, choice, motive, goal, direction, against the others trying to have some fun, etc. and in that conflict (horizontal conflict be in UP? Come on!

Than what? The illusion of the self, the horizontal conflict, the blockage, that is produced by thought must end/ dissolve for UP to be, right?

The illusion must be understood and it's the end of time, effort, choice, motive, goal, direction, etc.

The self ends, dissolves. 

And THAT means UP. UP then happens, all of itself. Not consciously, on purpose, with a goal, direction, control, choice and effort.

Not the other way round, that I will "try to meditate now for 0.5h" or "try UP"! :)

Where there is the self, there is no UP.

For the self there is nothing to "do" to be in UP. The self cannot be in UP.

Than if I work in conflict at work and "try UP" at the same time, what does it mean? 

A conflict! It's not really UP, it's an idol only, an idea. it's still conflict!

ALL CONFLICT MUST END, it must be dropped.

"Trying UP" when there is (in "my life" at the moment)  the (horizontal) conflict, effort, direction, choice, control is still the conflict! No?

Only the purpose is interchanged. The purpose can be complete the assignment from my boss at work or it can be "to be in UP" :)

But it's still the old self re-acting.

There is no consciousness of UP. Consciousness is of something (so duality, the horizontal conflict, the self).

Consciousness is one of the attributes of the self.

To consciously set out to "try UP" is still the self (subject and object). So it's not like that. The self must  end for UP to start.

They don't function at the same time.

EVERYTHING (that can be thought of) must end, must be dropped, must be let go. That is the end of the self, which means space and silence in which UP, the Universal energy can work, and it does, gladly, as old friend Meister Eckhart would perhaps put :)

That everything that must be dropped includes the ideal, the idol of the "UP", but you know this. Ruben said so, when he said "Allow yourself to not know".

Therefore work in which there is the horizontal conflict, a lot of jobs done practically in this society must be BALANCED with rest in peace in UP. 

Those two functions don't operate at the same time, if one is serious, if one seriously investigates.

What goes by the name of action in this society has the self in it..

Or maybe in ANY society, there must be some self to function, some functional self.

But if there was more UP in the society, there would be not so much of work connected with the self.

All days, trading for profit, power and prestige.. All days hunting something, busy, business, killing, chaos..

The universal energy/the Universe is that what IS, the actual. 

C is NOT what IS.

C is always BECOMING only. In time. From that what is to what should be, towards the goal, the illusion.
