REALITY

Reality is a free-flowing undivided unlimited unitary movement of transformation of energy-matter, the void. There is no subject, I, me, the experiencer, duality, in It.

The duality , the "horizontal conflict" of subject-object is an imaginary, false, illusory distortion of perception produced by imagination, the process of thought. 

Any purpose, motive, effort, concentration (and so distraction), direction, choice, goal, any attempt to control the free-flowing movement in any way is already that "horizontal conflict", the illusion of the horizontal life with its innumerable imaginary problems.

When the movement of emerging thoughts and memories is closely observed (without holding them and engaging in them and not as a technique of control on purpose but simply with interest in the mechanism of thought) and thereby let move freely, the horizontal conflict with its emotional response is not produced.
