THE ABUSE OF INTELLIGENCE

I truly do not understand why Chinese government do not just say we stop exporting all weapon components from today. This would mechanically cause the end of all warring all over the globe pretty fast. Isn't it in their interest? They must simply not think clearly and straight, no? They should be interested in peace so that their export-oriented economy can prosper, no?
