UNDERSTANDING VS WILL POWER
It is not will power that one requires to stop engaging in harmful addictive behaviour like smoking, using drugs or consumerism stimulated by the AI algorithm. What is required is simply understanding what the perilous META Process of thought entails and uncovering its complete mechanism. This understanding brings with itself a natural discipline.
Most people never really learn that in all of the pursuits of thought there is an inherent disappointment, time, fear and sorrow. All psychological suffering is the META Process of thought. Thought, its products and pursuits (separate "objects", desire, sorrow, fear, time, incoherence, hypnosis, etc) do not reflect reality, they are false, imaginary, illusory (not real) or at best only an approximation of reality. Similarly, the Newtonian physics is only an approximation of reality too.
But there is freedom from the psychological suffering. If thought is the stress and perturbation, then if no thought emerges in consciousness, there is no perturbation or stress. The perception of time and the perception of space exclude each other, cannot happen at the same time.
The Unitary Perception is the perception of space. Time on the other hand is a superproduct of the META Process of thought and its fragmentary perception.
