There may be a common misconception that perceiving does not require brain activity, that it somehow 'just happens'.

A brain in Unitary Perception is an active brain. There is actually much activity on the MRI. As opposed to a brain in fragmentary perception, a just thinking brain, which is a 'lazy brain'.
