FREEDOM FROM THE ALGORITHM.

To be able to not be affected by the algorithm that has a more and more prominent control over people psychologically (on the mobile phone, on the Internet, shopping, advertising, "choices", etc.) you have to have a free mind.
What is a free mind? It's a mind that is not not in hypnosis by the programming it has been subjected to (from family and school to work and TV and Internet, etc.).
The programming is what commonly goes by the name "thought" and actually it's the META Process: memory, ideas, emotions and the events of the autonomous nervous system.
It's a unitary process and the brain has to be free of its mnemonic and emotional conditioning.
It's only possible to be free of the conditioning in Unitary Perception, which is one of the functions of the brain.
The brain is not only a biochemical computer, it's also Unitary Perception.
