THE SHADOW

Freedom begins when one perceives one's Shadow: a complex of all of the characteristics of the personality that are unacceptable, undesirable or reprehensible to the observer, which is formed by thought. 

This can be my anger, envy, impatience, desire, violence, all seen in Unitary Perception, and not only the reprehensible characteristics seen in other people. 

In the hypnosis of the fragmentary perception, the Shadow is denied or projected by the observer so the perception of the Shadow does not happen.

The perception may be unpleasant.

The massacres, the wars and the concentration camps are created by individuals with great political and economic power who are unconscious of their own Shadow. 

What can help to see the Shadow is to describe in writing the person of the same sex who one can least tolerate.
