UP is the core of true religion and it is the only answer to put in place of all the substitutes.

You can't just say 'Just meditate'. The root meaning of the word is to measure, so it's clearly not it.

Any form of concentration (like watching the breadth) is not It.
It must be precisely defined. But talking about it is not nearly enough.

It must be attempted.

Perceive everything perceptible at the same time, including thought if it appears, without a motive or effort.
