FREEDOM

Freedom (from the human condition) is the cessation of the false imaginary illusive duality produced by thought (the Horizontal Conflict of subject - object), that is the Unitary/Universal/Unfocused/Undivided Perception, perception not directed towards any goal or object.

The false duality of the Horizontal Conflict is the source of all fear and sorrow and a myriad  of human problems.

UP is not something to pursue as a goal, a technique. It is the Reality in which one wakes up from the hypnosis of thought (the Second Awakening).

There is no leap to Life, there is no need to "jump" to Life. No jump is necessary. Life is all that IS, only always.

UP is perceiving the movement of thought, the false hypnotic continuity produced by memory (the "me", the "self"), thereby preventing hypnosis and negating the false movement of the Horizontal Conflict. The hypnosis of the self, with its knowledge and goals, does not happen or happens less and less. The functional (but imaginary) life of  measuring, predicting, inventing goals and completing tasks in the horizontal time must be balanced with the vertical life in the peace of UP.

The energetic Void (the unitary free unobstructed flow/transformation without a controller/self) in the brain is the reflection of the Void of the Universe. In fact it is the same seamless unbroken Void.

We can indeed call this Perception Universal because there is no division in it. In Reality there is only one movement of the Universe, free of any self, controller, subject, or "doer".
