DOING NOTHING

UP is being done but it's not done by "me". Can it then be started, initiated or ended? Perhaps something can be started (striving towards a goal, completing a task) or ended only by the me, the self, which means the Horizontal Conflict (the me vs not me, subject and object).

In UP I do nothing. There is no Horizontal Conflict and no "me"/the experiencer/controller in UP.

UP is done by the universal energy, the energy of the universe penetrating the brain. The Universe is in UP. UP = the Universe.

If UP ends, it means hypnosis by the movement of thought and the illusion of the Horizontal Conflict. But the universal energy is always in the brain, reaching the posterior brain, if we make noise with our goals, desires and fears and are separated from It or put out house in order and are one with its Silence.
