It is one undivided movement of what's called in science matter-energy. Matter constantly transforming into energy and vice-versa in unlimited space.

Thought, fear, anger are words but if we go deeper is is also matter-energy. Tiny ripples of energy in an ocean.

The contact with the whole movement is not through concentration or effort but the unfocused perception of everything perceptible at the same time.
