Unitary Perception is the entry into the radiant freedom in space - the precinct B of the mind.

Simultaneously, it is the ending of the fragmentary perception - the precinct C of the mind, which is the imaginary life: absolute time, memory, fantasy, belief, thought. Precinct C is a hypnotic habitual 'prison' in which most people spend their lives, it's a source of distortion in observation, confusion, chaos, conflict and stress.

Unitary Perception is by definition: to perceive everything perceptible at the same time, without expectation, effort, or haste, which is thought.

UP is the most important thing of life because it opens the narrow gate of the totality of brain functioning.

UP s not a technique to practise for 'some time every day'. It's a way of life, the foundation of all action. Whatever is happening, whatever we do, we can rest in the energetic peace of Unitary Perception, right here and now.
