The problem of thought or how we 'get sick by going to the doctor'. One of the greatest physicists, David Bohm has said: "The only thing that can be is what is". It could also be said: All that can be is all that is. What's particularly lacking in the current education is the study of the process of thought. It was found out by Holokinetic Psychology that thought is in fact a unitary META Process of memory, ideas, emotions and the reactions of the autonomous nervous system. Bohm developed several interrelated themes on the subject of thought. He pointed out that thought is the general tool that is used to solve every kind of problem: personal, social or scientific. Yet thought is also inadvertently the s o u r c e of many of those problems. It is as if one gets sick by going to the doctor. Bohm viewed thought as a system of an interconnected network of concepts, ideas and assumptions that pass between individuals and throughout society. If there is a fault in the functioning of thought, it must be therefore infect the entire network. The thought that is brought to resolve any given problem is susceptible to the same flaw that created the problem it is trying to solve. Moreover, thought proceeds as if it is merely reporting the situation objectively, but in fact, it is distorting perception in unexpected ways. Thanks to the study of the mind and the work of the pioneers of Holokinetic Psychology we know that the distortion, conflict and problems produced by thought disappear in Unitary Perception. https://www.percepcionunitaria.org/en
